Contingency Plan Testing

One of the key elements in a contingency plan quality assurance program is testing the plan.

A plan must be thoroughly tested under as close to actual conditions as possible. Any deficiencies or weaknesses must be exposed and remedied prior to an actual situation in order to be of any use.
